01 · Corridor

Wazirabad Marg, Delhi — roughly 500 m from Old Wazirabad Bridge toward Outer Ring Road.

Proposed, not approved. Any installation needs permission from the road-owning agency.

02 · Layout

1 main node (the brain): LoRa gateway plus 4G/Ethernet uplink to the operations service.

9 satellite nodes spaced about 50 m apart, each reporting to the main node over LoRa.

03 · What we will measure

Sensor-to-phone alert time, false alerts per node per day, missed events in staged tests, node uptime, and packet loss with the internet cut.

Every alert is checked by a human operator. Nothing is dispatched automatically.

04 · Indicative cost

One-time: ₹8,000 per main node, ₹5,000 per satellite node and ₹4,000 per enclosure.

Starter pilot (1 main + 3 satellites, 4 enclosures): ₹39,000 one-time. The full 10-node corridor: ₹93,000 one-time.

05 · What UniWebs needs

Funding for one road-ready node first, then the corridor. A consenting trial site and a named contact at the agency.
