01 · What is collected
Sensor state (rain, gas, obstruction, distance), device health, node identifier, and timestamps.
Camera frames are processed on the node and discarded. No imagery, number plates, or faces are transmitted or stored by the service.
02 · What is not collected
No personal data about road users. No audio. No vehicle identification. No location data about individuals.
Operator accounts store an email address for sign-in only.
03 · Retention
Telemetry readings: 90 days rolling.
Incidents and their audit trail: 24 months, as the operational record of what the network did.
Operator account records: for as long as the account exists, then deleted on request.
04 · Access
Operational surfaces — control room, node registry, onboarding, acknowledge and resolve — require an operator sign-in.
Public surfaces are limited to network status, this document register, and the limitations notice.
